use in polishing roller bearings: Mounts reel of tape of
specified size onto machine spindle, and adjusts feed giude to
accommodate tape. Fills machine cylinder with abrasive compound,
and threads tape through cylinder and onto winding spindle.
Scrapes excess compound from coated tape.
